Feminine wiles amongst high winds

Dear Weather followers,

Its August and its cold, currently decked out in knits and ankle boots i am pondering on how one might approach this disconcerting weather without looking like its the dark depths of winter. The answer soft hues, flowing silks, and loose shapes. BOOM - Everything i like.
